(Shane McMahon is seen pacing back and forth, with his head to the ceiling, backstage in the middle of a hall. Kurt Angle approaches and begins to speak with Shane before his big announcement.)
Kurt Angle: Hey Shane!
Shane McMahon: Oh, hey Kurt.

Shane McMahon: Well Kurt . . . I’m about to give the biggest announcement in my history with the e–
Kurt Angle: Oh that’s right! Anyway speaking of big announcements Shane, I just beat Demon Child and moved one step closer to getting back my World Heavyweight Title! Isn’t that great!?
Shane McMahon: Congratulations.
Kurt Angle: Hey what were you saying earlier?
Shane McMahon: Tonight I’m making the biggest announcement in my eWa history.
Kurt Angle: Cool. Well hey, if you need any help out there, you know like holding the microphone, straightening your tie, whatever, just let me know.
Shane McMahon: Yea . . alright sure Kurt, I’ll let you know.
Kurt Angle: Need a hug before you go out there?
(Kurt opens his arms)
Shane McMahon: Ehhh let’s just do a handshake for now.
(Shane puts out his arm as Kurt shakes it. Kurt follows up with a hug anyway and begins whimpering and crying all over Shane’s shoulder as Shane looks directly into the camera.)
Kurt Angle: Shane . . . Don’t go . . . Please don’t go . . . . The eWa needs you Shane . . . Heck, I need you! . . . Please Shane, please don’t go . . . . We need you . . . It’s true . . . . Oh it’s true . . .
(Shane shrugs Kurt off him as the crowd’s laughter peaks.)
Shane McMahon: Kurt, Kurt, snap out of it man. I’ll be fine. I’m going out there to do one thing alone and that’s give this announcement of mine. And I’m not doing it for anyone, but myself Kurt. For myself.
(Shane straightens his tie and walks off. Kurt’s eyes follow him from afar as the camera stays locked on Kurt.)

(Kurt walks off as feed cuts back to the United Center.)

Mark: Well we’ve got a hell of a match on our hands here, Static and Marx in the ring right now and both men just staring a hole in each other.
Rhino: This is what I like to see, these two guys are gonna rip each other apart. Its a shame that Aaron is going along with this whole NrW-Style match thing. These two need to have an all out war.
Mark: Well here we go, lock up in the center of the ring…and Static rips Marx right into a side headlock, now wrenching on the neck…wait, Marx now shoots him off into the ropes back comes Static, Marx hits the mat, Static jumps over and off the opposite side…Marx to his feet and a hip toss BUT STATIC lands on his feet! Aaron with a discuss clothesline, DUCKED by Static…and a dropkick to the back of Aaron Marx sending him into the turnbuckle sternum-first.
Rhino: Out of breath there partner? Man what a hell of a way to kick this match off, whats this? Static now backing up, charges…and SPRINGS off of Marx’s back with a moonsault!
Mark: Whoa, the impact of Static springing off of Marx’s back just pushed his neck right down against the middle turnbuckle. And look at this, Static now showboating a bit here, man this kid is cocky.
Rhino: Yeah but he’s also in control, so he has a right to be cocky for now.
Mark: Static now getting Marx to his feet and positioning him up against the corner, and a HARD knife edge chop! Man you could hear that throughout the arena here.
Rhino: Aaron now throwing Static into the corner, and he delivers a chop of his own and I THINK that one may have been just a bit louder.
Mark: Marx with a hard right hand that ROCKS Static, and another hard chop, and ANOTHER right hand…what’s this, Marx DISCUSS CLOTHESLINE against the corner sends Static to the ground…
Rhino: Marx has taken control of this match as he gets Static back to his feet, irish whip sends him into the far corner…Marx charges, STATIC able to get the boot up right into the face!
Mark: Static now up onto the second rope, Marx stumbles in a circle…turns, Static leaps RIGHT INTO A DROPKICK FROM MARX, where did THAT come from??
Rhino: I don’t know but it was well placed right into the breadbasket, what a shot.
Mark: Well, Marx maintains control here as he’s come back to his feet…and a stomp to Static Star. Aaron now putting the boots to the NrW Champion.
Rhino: Getting Static back to his feet, but a kick to the midsection out of nowhere has Marx buckled over…Static now hooking him up for a suplex, he takes him up…and hangs him out to dry! Oh man that’s gotta hurt. Wait, where’s he going now??
Mark: Static out onto the apron, SPRINGBOARD INTO A LEG DROP ON MARX AS HE WAS DRAPED OVER THE ROPE…and that shot flipped him right onto his back, what a move.
Rhino: You’ve gotta admit, this kid is impressive Mark…
Mark: I’m not taking anything away from him, I just cant deal with how he insists on bad-mouthing the eWa…
Rhino: Well right now he’s got an eWa superstar backed up against the ropes, and a VICIOUS European uppercut…that one almost sent Marx up and over.
Mark: Irish whip sends Marx, NO…Aaron reverses and sends Static into the ropes, he comes off…BACK BODY DROP BUT STATIC LANDS ON HIS FEET! What athleticism! Static now charges off the ropes, BUT AARON WITH A SPINNING HEEL KICK LEVELS STATIC!
Rhino: He nailed him with that shot, but he’s slow to get back to his feet here Mark…Static gave him a beating that has him staggering a bit.
Mark: Marx getting to his feet, Static rolling over and also trying to get back up…Marx now, waiting for Static to get up, and he throws a hard right hand that has Static stumbling…and another, and another…he has him backed up into the ropes.
Rhino: Uh oh, Marx backs up..RUNS AT STATIC, but gets sent up and ov-NO…Marx lands on his feet on the apron, grabs Static by the back of the head and rams his face into the turnbuckle!
Mark: What a shot, Marx not wasting any time as he climbs to the top! Static doesn’t even know where he is right now…Marx up top, CROSS BODY…THE COVER 1………….2……………..NO!
Rhino: Man that was close! Marx to his feet but Static up as well, Marx looks around…and charges against the ropes, here he comes with a flipping neckbreaker on Static Star! Just stayin right on him here Mark…
Mark: Marx now feelin it, he’s got the crowd behind him here…Static slowly back to his feet, Marx charges at the ropes…SPRINGBOARD! MOONSAULT! BUT STATIC CAUGHT HIM!
Rhino: What the hell?? Static just caught him! Some serious strength shown by this kid, WOW.
Mark: Static now has Marx on his shoulder like a battering ram, and he charges at the corner…but Marx able to slip off his back and push him sternum-first right into the turnbuckle!
Rhino: This guy just never quits.
Mark: That’s for sure, Static stumbles back right into a waist lock…is he going for a German suplex here? Wait, Static able to pull off a go-behind and now he’s got the waist lock on Marx. Static, RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX AND MARX FLIPS ALL THE WAY OVER AND LANDS FACE-DOWN!
Rhino: Oh my god! I cant believe what I’ve just seen…
Mark: Well believe it partner, because Marx just got damn near killed by that suplex. That must’ve broken him in half!
Rhino: Static now crawling over, he turns Marx onto his back…the cover, 1……………………2………………..3 NO! HE DIDN’T GET HIM, MARX ABLE TO GET THE SHOULDER UP.
Mark: Static cant believe it…
Rhino: I don’t blame him, in the heat of the moment…when you pull off a big move like THAT, it can always spell the end.
Mark: Well, Aaron Marx is a fighter.
Rhino: No doubt about it, Static now back to his feet as he’s looming over Marx…look at the look on his face here. Like pure disgust…
Mark: And a LEG DROP right down across the throat! Talk about taking the wind outta somebody, that’ll do it. Oh man ANOTHER leg drop well placed.
Rhino: Static is cutting off the air supply with each of these leg drops, ANOTHER ONE, and Mark…it just doesn’t get much smarter then that. THE COVER, HOOK OF THE LEG…1………………2……………..NO…STILL not enough.
Mark: Static is getting more and more frustrated as this match goes on partner.
Rhino: Seems that way, wait…Static now out on the apron, and he’s climbing to the top rope! What’s he got in mind for Aaron Marx??
Mark: Static is set, but look! Marx able to roll over onto his hands and knees and Static’s not happy…WAIT, STATIC COMES OFF THE TOP WITH A LEG DROP RIGHT ACROSS THE BACK OF THE NECK!
Rhino: Talk about a Guillotine Leg Drop! It looked like Static wasn’t going to go for a move once Marx has gotten on hands and knees but MAN did he let him have it or what??
Mark: ITS OVER, STATIC PINS…1…………………….2………………………..NO! HE KICKS OUT! Static is furious!
Rhino: Uh oh! Static comin out here and, he just pushed the time keeper off his chair…don’t tell me he’s gonna do this…
Mark: AFTER ALL THE TALK ABOUT NRW’S SUPERIORITY, HE’S GONNA USE A DAMN STEEL CHAIR??
Rhino: This match is no holds barred Mark, Static now standing over Marx…WAIT, DROP TOE HOLD SENDS STATIC DOWN TO THE MAT AND FACE FIRST INTO THE CHAIR! Well that just came back to bite Static in the ass huh Mark??
Mark: It definitely did, but I don’t know that Marx was even aware of the steel chair…I think that drop toe hold was a desperation maneuver.
Rhino: Desperation or not, it worked.
Mark: Marx now getting back to his feet, look…he looks confused by the steel chair being in the ring…
Rhino: He cant worry about that NOW, he’s got the man down…and HE’S HEADED TO THE TOP! That’s just what I was about to say, he needs to take advantage of this moment.
Mark: Well I think its time, to see the X MARX. Aaron is up top, HE FLIES…X MARX CONNEC-…NO! STATIC MOVED OUT OF THE WAY!
Rhino: Marx just crashed and burned on that one! This is not good for Sports Entertainment’s only Sure Thing…Static now getting to his feet, and he has Marx by the hair.
Mark: Oh come on, Marx being lifted to his feet by his hair…and what’s Static doing now?
Rhino: He scoops him up, and he’s got Marx in a tree of woe…that’s one position you DONT wanna be, especially when you’re in the condition Marx is in. The guy’s body is lifelessly hanging from the turnbuckle…
Mark: Static now backs up, CHARGES…BASEBALL SLIDE, NO! MARX ABLE TO PULL HIMSELF UP ONTO THE TOP TO AVOID THE CONTACT!
Rhino: But look at Static! The instinct to slide to the side of the pole instead of receiving the wishbone treatment if you know what I mean.
Mark: I think I do, you’re right…Static now relentlessly climbing back onto the apron. Marx is trying to get himself untangled and does, Marx now standing on top, still trying to get his bearings…Static up on the apron, whats this?? Springboard AND HURRICANRANA ON THE UNSUSPECTING MARX! HURRICANRANA SENDS HIM CRASHING ALL THE WAY INTO THE RING!
Rhino: THATS why Static Star is so high on himself Mark…cause the guy can pull off moves like THAT.
Mark: Oh man, Marx is down and out…Static now crawling over, he throws his arm over…1…………………..2……………………..3! NO! REFEREE SAYS ITS ONLY A TWO!
Rhino: Static pins again, hook of the leg…1……………….2………………….NO! Still not enough. Static now gets Marx back to his feet…and Marx trying to battle back with a hard right, but Static with a knee to the gut…what’s this??
Mark: Static has him set for a Vertibreaker! But Marx able to get out of it and land on his feet behind Static! WAIT, MARX NOW LIFTING STATIC UP FOR A VERTIBREAKER!
Rhino: Are you kidding me?! MARX NAILS THE VERIBREAKER! THE PIN! HOOK OF THE LEG! 1………………………………..2………………………3! NO! STATIC KICKS OUT!
Mark: And you can see the frustration on the face of Marx here. But he’s back to his feet just waiting for Static to make his way back up.
Rhino: You think we might see it? Could it be time for the Turning Point??
Mark: Static barely getting to his feet, Marx waiting on him…he’s up, Marx charges at the ropes…springboard into the clothesline, STATIC TURNS AND PLANTS A KICK TO THE MIDSECTION AS MARX WAS IN MID AIR!
Rhino: NO WAY, Static now has Marx up for a powerbomb…No, he’s taking him over toward the corner and he sits him up top. Now throwing Marx’s legs over the ropes, Static begins HIS climb.
Mark: No man’s land.
Rhino: Not for these guys Mark, I think we’ve seen that in this match.
Mark: Both men up top, what’s Static doing here?? He’s got him hooked for a superplex! NO! Marx sends him down but Static lands on his feet! Marx with a kick to the face that sends Static for a loop…
Rhino: Static walks right into a headlock, Marx looks like he’s setting up for a tornado DDT! SPINS…BUT STATIC ABLE TO THROW HIM OFF AND NOW MARX LANDS ON HIS FEET! MARX, KICK TO THE MIDSECTION…RUNS, SPRINGS OFF AND CONNECTS WITH THE TURNING POINT…HOOK OF THE LEGS…1……………………….2……………………………..3! ITS ALL OVER!
Mark: AARON MARX HAS DONE IT! HE’S TAKEN STATIC’S NRW WORLD TITLE!

Shane:Tonight I am out here to make a statement… I am out here tonight to get a few things off of my chest that have been bothering me for the past few weeks and over the last few years as well… Everyone has seen what has been transpiring lately between myself and Omega… I have made claims and so has Omega… We have been basically butting heads over certain issues that have come up here in the eWa… This isnt the first time it has happen… But this time things have gotten out of hand… What this situation is called is a Power Struggle… It happens when you have two people who have two different views on how things should be done… I have my own view on how things should be done and so does Omega… Usually some of these problems dont get made public like they have as usually we are able to come up with some agreement behind the scenes… But this isnt the case… Things have gone public and there is no turning back… For those who dont remember… Back in the year 2000 I came to the eWa to replace the former eWa Commissioner… Some might remember who that was and for those who dont, that person was the Ninth Wonder of the World Chyna… I took over for her so she could get more involved with Degeneration X and for a while she was a big part of what they were doing… The last couple of years you have seen her make appearance from time to time as well… But I took over and I was involved in many aspects of the eWa… From the internet management team… To the booking team… To the production team… I was doing a little bit of everything… And I have been doing the majority of that for the last four years… No questions asked… I did my job and I did it to the best of my ability… And over the years I have seen many things… I have seen championships created… I have seen historical moments… And I have seen people come and go… I have also seen people brought back in to the eWa that had no business being brought back… But others thought it was a good idea so they were brought back… I have seen people like Demon Child and Static Star get second chances in the eWa and Demon has had many chances despite everything they said about the company on their way out… I saw Johnny Legion come back to the eWa after all of the bad blood that was here when he left… And when he was brought back he fell on his ass and didnt do anything… I witness a man known as The Real Deal Jason Mack fake his own death… And I also saw that man raid this company of talent back in the year 2001… I watched him take people like former World Champion Blake Bennit… Whiplash… The Threat… Demon Child… And they created the WCWF and the majority of them have had second chances here in the eWa… You had the so called Mr. eWa Lone Jobber… Leave with those guys back in 2001 to go the WCWF and he basically trashed everyone in the company… From me to Rob Parks… He basically tried to destroy every single championship the eWa had at that time… But he came back and now considers himself Mr. eWa… Even though he at one point wanted nothing to do with the eWa… All of that has happened because of the eWa’s Open Door Policy…Now in the present day eWa… We have seen tons of controversy over championships… Mainly the eWa Undisputed/World Championships… I feel that everyone should be able to fight for the title… Omega says there has to be a certain type of person that needs to hold that championship… Infact… If you could play that sound clip up on Hardcore Theater so everyone can hear exactly what I am talking about…

Shane:When I heard that statement come out of his mouth… It got me thinking of the past in the eWa… Everyone knows that Omega has had associations with many people in the eWa throughout the years… One man he had a relationship was Sid Vicious… Back in the year 2001 Sid Vicious was the FTW/RTW Champion… He was defending that title and then at one point… He said that was it and he retired/vacated that championship… And that championship wasnt brought back until the year 2003…Then you have a man Omega has had some close association with over the past few years and that is Purgatory… At one point Purgatory was the eWa X Champion…Then all of a sudden he vacated that championship… Strange… Omega surrounds himself with people who vacate championships…Just recently… On the crew that Omega controls by himself the Monthly Crew… Purgatory vacated/retired with the eWa Championship… Claiming to be an Undefeated eWa Champion… Then you can talk about the Color Commentator for the monthly crew… Al Snow… Back in 2003 he won the Extreme Bowl… An event I brought to the eWa… Along with the Royal Rumble and Tournament of Champions…But back to my point… Al Snow won the Extreme Bowl and then he became the eWa Undisputed Champion… After three successful title defenses… Al Snow decided that enough was enough and then he decided to vacate the eWa Undisputed Championship… Which lead to the first ever Extreme Elimination Chamber… But it seems like Omega is all for not vacating a championship… But he has surrounded himself with people who have vacated championships… Kinda makes him a hyprocrite now doesnt… I think it does… He wants a champion who wont vacate a title… I agree with him… You need a guy who is willing to hold that championship… And that got me thinking…I remembered back in the year 2001… Omega became the eWa World Champion…He should have been a proud champion… But… What did Omega do… He gave up the championship… He had one match… Non-Title… And then he gave up the championship… He says he wants a champion who wont give up the championship… He says it takes a certain type of person to hold that championship… But it looks like he isnt that type of person… As he was willing to give up the title no questions asked… You see Omega is trying to restrict people that can fight for the eWa World Championship… He is trying to hold back people like Lone Jobber, Subway, Triple H from fighting for that championship… But he is allowing people like Raven to go for the title… Triple H, Lone Jobber and Subway have all shown up for work and are willing to fight… However as we have seen tonight… Raven isnt willing to show up and fight… But he is still allowed to fight for the eWa World Championship… There is something wrong with that… I may be the only one thinking that… But I have always been the one around here that always thought with logic… You see I believe everyone should be allowed to fight for a championship… This country is all about freedom… There should be no dictatorship in this company… But there is… Omega is a dictator and he has been one for years… As if it doesnt fit in to his world views… It doesnt happen…If Omega didnt think of it… It doesnt matter… People should be allowed to speak their minds…They should be allowed to express themselves any way they choose…Omega doesnt think that… I do…Omega wants this to be all about him… He wants everyone to follow his views and keep their mouth shut… Plain and simple… If you speak up… He holds it against you… This company used to say… Get Involved… Get interactive… But the way Omega wants it to be… Is his way or the high way… Which is why I am out here tonight… I am out here to say th…
