The Rock looks out in the crowd and realizes that millions….AND MILLIONS of The Rock’s fans have already gone to see his movie “The Game Plan” and thanks to the people, The Rock’s movie would lay the smack down on the box office one more time! The Rock’s movie opened up against “The Kingdom” starring Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Garner. The Rock’s movie went up against an Oscar winner and Jennifer Garner, one of the hottest women in Hollywood period. The Rock’s movie STILL opened in the first place this weekend and to the people in the industry who listened to The Rock’s movie critics dare bash his movie? The Rock says the people have spoken and have once again told critics to know their role and shut your mouth! The people supported The Rock. The same people who chose to show The Rock’s movie in theaters compared to “The Kingdom.” 3,103 theaters compared to 2,793. The Rock’s movie did an estimated $22,675,000 in box office revenue versus the $17,694,000 for “The Kingdom” and on the following day, it opened with an estimated $6,159,000 followed by $10,167,000 and a projected $6,349,000. To make a long story short, The Rock is showing that the millions….and millions of The Rock’s fans are spending millions….and millions of dollars to tell the critics that The Rock is the people’s choice so the people are going to speak with their money to show their voice! The Rock realizes that he won’t be called The Rock in the future movies and that’s because The Rock has finally….THE ROCK HAS FINALLY RETURNED TO WRESTLING AND THE ROCK HAS CHOSEN THE EWA TO MAIKE HIS RETURN! The Rock has to promote his number one box office movie “The Game Plan” here in Philly so The Rock is going nowhere! The Rock is going to handle his business, party with the guaranteed new EWA Television Champion and the greatest stunt double to ever be, Sonny Siaki, go down to Geno’s Steak and get my whiz ‘wit and visit the nation’s first zoo, the Philadelphia Zoo and shoot down to Mutter Museum so that he can visit some of the parents of EWA wrestlers here and later in the Museum, see casts of their deformed body parts! Even The Rock gets tongue-tied sometimes. Stop throwing monkey crap, parents of Vertigo! It’s a cast of Triple H’s nose! This museum is huge! The Rock can’t get any of that done until he walks to the center of the ring, parks the people’s ass in this stool like so and gets set to give you The Rock Concert! Second, The Rock is making sure that when he’s signing his autographs tonight, he is giving away that free movie ticket to go see his movie “The Game Plan” to the people who come for it! Mark: Well Rhino, it seems they are rolling out the red carpet, and looking at our list of events tonight, that can only be one thing.
Rhino: Yes it does, seems we’re finally going to get our State of the Alliance Address.
Mark: Is that? In the ring I mean?
Rhino: It looks like it, he’s really pulling out the stops tonight. That was the cue, and lets send it to Michael Buffer.
Michael Buffer: Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce to the ring at this time. He is the EWA’s maniacal media mongrel, the Voice of the Extreme Wrestling Alliance, El Presidente, one and only, Lone Jobber!
(“Hail to the Chief” begins to play as a suited Lone Jobber makes shit way down towards the ring. He gets in and looks at Buffer, he extends his hand, they shake, and he motions Buffer to stand off to the side for the time being.)
President Jobber: Thank you. Now let me begin this Address paraphrasing the first words heard on my radio show – For over 8 years… we have been DOMINATE! There is absolutely no other company that had it in their power to even try and admass the level of talent that we today hold. Be it the in ring competitors who entertain each and everyone of us every week, the backstage talent who add yet another dimension to the product, or the talented personal we have working in the shows, we are incomparable. In the ring you can find whatever it is that pleases you, from the most extreme fighters to bust someone open, to the purest wrestlers walking God’s green earth, and on rare occasion, they might happen to be the same person. And these people out here, these are the judges who will make the call whether you float, or if you sink like a rock. Impress them, impress me, and impress the men in the back. And then there is Mister Kennedy salivating to take the World Heavyweight Championship from the hands of Triple H, who himself is looking for the second year in a row to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. Got news for you Hunter, looking into his eyes, I don’t think this guy, Kennedy, is going to choke like that other guy. Speaking of McConnell, he’s set to face his boyhood idol in Shawn Michaels. An I Quit match, I’ll be keeping an eye on that one you can be sure. Now then, I’m sure everyone watching is saying the same thing, what about you Jobber, you are just going to let everyone have a party and not do anything about it. Jobber: Now then, you thought that just because I was having my first State of the Alliance Address that I wouldn’t have a match. Your wrong. Now then, that’s why I asked you out here Mickey Jay. So now, Michael, llllllllllllllets get ready rumbllllllle!
Rhino: Considering Jobber fashions his opening minutes off of Michael Buffer’s “Main Event” line, I should have seen that coming.
Mark: Yes. Jobber taking off his coat, tie, and shirt it seems.
Rhino: He came out here as a suit, he’s now got to shake all of that off of him Mark. He’s got to get limber if he ever wants to have a chance against Purgatory.
Mark: And once again it seems, we send it Michael Buffer with in ring announcements.
Buffer: Already in the ring at this time … he issued the challenge for this unprecedented match… Weighing in tonight at 239 pounds… from the Slaughterhouse… Now Residing in the Corporate Offices in Atlanta, Georgia… this man has single handedly breathed fresh life into the wrestling business… the President of the Extreme Wrestling Alliance… he is… Lone Jobber…
(“I Want It All” plays at Jobber continues stretching.)
Mark: Single handedly breathed fresh life into the wrestling business? Is that what he said?
Rhino: That’s what I heard.
Mark: Oh boy, that ego and vanity run amuck. Oh well, whatever.
Buffer: And now the man who considers himself the most insane and out of touch star in wrestling… on record as weighing in at 241 pounds… from parts unreachable… ladies and gentlemen… the former President of the Extreme Wrestling Alliance but more importantly a horrible hot dog vendor… Purgatory!
(“Inner Universe” begins to play as the smarks start the fans to boo. No one comes.)
Mark: Yeah it’s pretty obvious he never showed up. We’ve scouted all week and we didn’t see him.
Rhino: Jobber looks ready for a fight.
Buffer: Coming to the ring at this time, the man who has accepted this challenge.. Purgatory…
(“Inner Universe” plays again and still no one comes down.)
Mark: Yeah, Jobber in the ring, arms wide…
Rhino: He came to fight.
Mark: Of course he did, and you know, he’s won practically all the EWA Championships.
(The music dies)
Jobber: Wait a minute, is this a sanctioned EWA event or is it not?
Mickie Jay: Yes sir it is.
Jobber: Where the hell is he? So what do you do?
Mickie Jay: I guess we ring the bell and count to ten. If he don’t show up, match is over.
(Jobber looks disappointed)
Jobber: Alright, get this, we’re going to have to count that coward Purgatory out. Being that this is an official EWA event, is that correct, why don’t we call do it together. Give him the ten count, ring the bell, I really was hoping he’d have the guts, are you ready? All of you!

Jobber (and crowd): One… Two… Three… Four… Five… Six… Seven… Eight… Nine…
(Inner Universe starts up again as the fans go batshit crazy. Jobber looks scared, for about a minute until busting up laughing.)
Jobber: Got your hopes up just a little bit didn’t I? I’m sorry, I really am. But you know I had to, it’s just in my nature to try an entrain you people since You-Know-Who isn’t. Let’s try this one more time, form the top, ring the bell and we’ll start the count….

Jobber (and crowd again): One.. Two… Three… Four… Five… Six… Seven… Eight… Nine…Ten…

Buffer: The winner by forfeit, and disqualification, El Presidente Lone Jobber!
Mark: Lone Jobber, gets a win, by count out, by no show, here on Glory. I don’t know, I’m not going to side with anyone, but I think it would have been a hell of a match.
Rhino: Oh course it would have been.
Mark: And there is the question, where was he, but most importantly, where did his spine go?
Rhino: Lets just hope everyone shows up for the next match up.

Should William McConnell lose this match, he will resign as the Executive Talent Manager of Degeneration X.. INTRODUCING FIRST.. From Evansville, Indiana.. Weighing in at 235 pounds.. He is THE ANSWER.. WILLIAM.. MCCONNELL..
(Several themes play together, fading in and out.. A slow song begins playing, building up slowly.. Suddenly, pyro goes off and “The Answer” hits over the PA System as the crowd begins booing loudly.. William McConnell walks out from the back, the stage now showing his logo as well as stars and his titantron. He spins with his arms stretched outwards at the top of the stage, ignoring the fans boos. He makes his way down to the ring, sliding into it before doing his signature pose, facing away from the crowd as pyro goes off on the stage.. His music dies down..)
PA Announcer: AND HIS OPPONENT.. From San Antonio, Texas.. Weighing in at 226 pounds.. He is THE HEARTBREAK KID.. SHAWN.. MICHAELS..
(“Break It Down” begins to play as the entire stage becames the DX Titantron.. Just as the song picks up, an X Pyro goes off from the ramp, “Boy Toy” playing over the PA System. The Glory logo in the center of the stage is spray painted with the DX Logo as Hearts and X’s decorate the stage. Michaels makes his way from the back, the fans cheering loudly for him. Midway down the ramp, he drops to his knees, raising his arms as pyro goes off behind him. He moves down to the ring, getting inside and facing away from the stage.. Standing in the middle of the ring, he does the crotch chops while the X’s go off on the stage.. After the final X, he goes into his signature pose before the music dies down..)
Mark: Here are, ladies and gentlemen.. 20 Months in the making..
Rhino: Man, its been brutal..
Mark: Can you imagine how much these two wanna hurt each other? And there’s so much on the line..
Rhino: I honestly believe McConnell has more to lose in this match. Michaels could lose Degeneration X, but McConnell could lose his mind.
Mark: There’s the bell, and McConnell and Michaels are face to face in the ring..
Rhino: These men are nose to nose and they are just pushing against one another, spitting venom.
Mark: Michaels strikes first! McConnell fires back and we’ve got a fist fight in the ring! Michaels goes down, but is right back up and tackles McConnell to the mat!
Rhino: These two men are all over each other!
Mark: They’ve rolled to the outside and are still tearing into each other.
Rhino: The things these two have done to each other for 20 months is all coming out right here.
Mark: McConnell ducks a right from Michaels and clothesline Michaels into the crowd!
Rhino: That didn’t take long.
Mark: McConnell is right over the railing and after Michaels as these two continue to go at it.
Rhino: Security is giving them their space, keeping the crowd back. Someone could get hurt with these two loose.
Mark: Back and forth, neither man is giving an inch as they make their way back towards the stage. Michaels with a knee to the gut and tosses McConnell back over the railing.
Rhino: The ref can’t even keep up with these two.
Mark: Michaels over the railing, but gets caught in the gut with a right from McConnell. McConnell now grabbing some wires and attempting to choke Michaels!
Rhino: Michaels in trouble!
Mark: Michaels saves himself with a back elbow.. Whips McConnell towards the stage, McConnell holds on and whips Michaels right into the side of the stage! McConnell charges, but Michaels moves and into the stage McConnell goes!
Rhino: Michaels moved quick, there.
Mark: Michaels charges McC-He just tackled him right through the stage!
Rhino: Holy Crap!
Mark: Michaels just tackled William McConnell right through the side of the Glory Stage! Unbelievable!
Rhino: Our cameras are getting a shot in there and you can see they’re still going at it!
Mark: We’re being told not to risk putting a camera in there, so we’re trying to get our best shots.. You can see these men still laying in the fists.
Rhino: I’m still in awe what they did to our stage!
Mark: Wait, where’d they go?
Rhino: Did they break our set again?
Mark: Ladies and gentlemen, we’re sorry we’re unable to follow.. Wait, there they are!
Rhino: They just came out of the entrance! I guess they worked their way to the gorilla position.
Mark: McConnell just tackled Michaels and they’re rolling down our ramp, still laying into each other.
Rhino: That’s a big ramp to roll down.
Mark: McConnell on top of Michaels, Michaels just flipped McConnell over him.. And Michaels flips onto McConnell! There go the fists!
Rhino: Michaels was just about to get his head slammed into the ramp.
Mark: They’ve fought their way down to ringside once more.. McConnell tosses Michaels off of him.. Both men to their feet, Michaels side steps McConnell and McConnell goes face first into the ring post!
Rhino: Did you hear that smack?
Mark: McConnell staggering around, Michaels goes for him.. Michaels just smacked right into the guard rail!
Rhino: McConnell with that drop toe hold as Michaels moved in..
Mark: McConnell going over to the ring steps now..
Rhino: Whats he got in mind?
Mark: McConnell setting the top ring steps on the floor.. Michaels is too his feet.. McConnell runs off the stairs and nails Michaels with a clothesline!
Rhino: That was a nice move.
Mark: McConnell is going under the ring now.. And he’s got a steel chair..
Rhino: He comes the weaponry.
Mark: Michaels just clubbed McConnell across his back.. McConnell turns and swings, Michaels ducks and McConnell nails nothing but guardrail!
Rhino: Bet that hurt his hands.
Mark: Michaels with fists to McConnell, whips him towards the stairs, McConnell holds on, pulls Michaels in and nails the DDT!
Rhino: Right on the floor!
Mark: The ref is asking if Michaels quits, but Michaels shakes his head, though he looks out of it.
Rhino: Wouldn’t you be?
Mark: McConnell just slid into the ring and he’s measuring Michaels up.. Michaels is back to his feet.. McConnell off the ropes.. Rope Flip! No! McConnell hangs on!
Rhino: I think he saw Michaels move at the last second!
Mark: McConnell attempts to sk-Chairshot! Right across the midsection by Shawn Michaels! McConnell drops to the floor!
Rhino: That took the wind out of him!
Mark: The ref asking McConnell if he quits, but Michaels doesn’t give him time to answer. Michaels with several chops across the chest of McConnell.. Lifts him up.. And drops him crotch first across the guardrail!
Rhino: Assisted Atomic Drop, you could call it.
Mark: Michaels with another knife edge chop across the chest of McConnell.. Michaels to the ring apron, facing away from McConnell.. Springboard Moonsault Onto McConnell! Both men just fell back into the crowd!
Rhino: I think I’ll agree with the crowd! That Was Awesome!
Mark: Its still true, Rhino.. No one can out perform the Showstopper in the big match situation!
Rhino: You ain’t kidding.
Mark: The ref is asking if either man is ready to give up.. And neither man is.
Rhino: I think we’ll see a lot more carnage before they are. Hell, its practically pointless to ask.
Mark: Michaels tossing McConnell back over the guardrail.. McConnell now rolled into the ring by Michaels as Michaels follows.. Wait, watch Michaels!
Rhino: He’s got the all too familiar stance..
Mark: McConnell to his feet.. Sweet Ch-No! McConnell ducks! Superk-No, Michaels catches the foot! Michaels with a leg sweep and he’s locked McConnell into the sharpshooter!
Rhino: If Michaels can hold it long enough, McConnell will either quit or pass out!
Mark: McConnell is fighting his way towards the ropes out of instinct, but there are no rope breaks in the I Quit match! The ref is asking McConnell if he quits, but McConnell refuses! Michaels lets go..
Rhino: I guess he realized he needed to do more before The Answer would quit.
