PA Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall! Making his way to the ring, from Evansville, Indiana.. He weighs in at 230 pounds.. The Answer WILLIAM.. MCCONNELL..
(“What does everybody want?” hits over the PA System as Al Snow makes his way to the ring..)
PA Announcer: And his opponent.. Being accompanied to the ring by Head.. From Lima, Ohio.. Weighing in at 235 pounds.. AL SNOW!
Mark: Here we go.. Both of these men pacing.. Collar and elb-No, McConnell just slapped the taste out of Snow’s mouth!
Rhino: McConnell has been in a foul mood lately and it continues here tonight..
Mark: Snow shakes off the slap as they circle one another again.. Collar and elbow tie up works this time.. They’re jocking for position.. McConnell backing Snow into the corner.. The ref asks for a clean break.. And McConnell slaps Snow again!
Rhino: I don’t care who you are, when you get slapped, it irritates you to no end and you know Al Snow is starting to get angry..
Mark: McConnell is leaning against the opposite turnbuckle as he waits for Snow.. Snow begins the process once again.. The two men circle.. Tie up.. No, arm drag by Snow! He hooks the arm and now he’s slapping McConnell all across the head!
Rhino: There’s a little pay back!
Mark: McConnell rolls to the outside and he’s not happy..
Rhino: He got what he was asking for.
Mark: McConnell kicking the ring steps in frustration.. Al Snow follows him to the outside and turns him around.. McConnell just spat right in his face!
Rhino: Now that is just downright uncalled for.. There was no need for that.
Mark: McConnell ducks a right from Snow and shoves him into the ring post.. McConnell slams Snow’s head against the ring apron and is now dragging it across!
Rhino: Could we call that carpet burn?
Mark: McConnell attempting to slam Snow’s head into the turnbuckle again, but Snow blocks and counters with an elbow!
Rhino: Snow has a chance to get into this matchup..
Mark: McConnell stumbling back.. Al Snow with a right hand.. And another.. But McConnell retaliates by raking the eyes!
Rhino: We’re used to McConnell being a guy who can really come out here and wrestle.. But he’s been very cheap in this matchup..
Mark: McConnell grabs Snow by the hair and yanks him onto the floor!
Rhino: Did you hear Snow’s head hit the mat? Man..
Mark: The referee is trying to get this match back into the ring.. He’s began to count..
Rhino: McConnell’s just ignoring him..
Mark: McConnell putting the boots to Snow.. And now he’s got one foot on Al Snow’s head and he’s standing ontop of it!
Rhino: He’s trying to crush his skull!
Mark: The referee’s count is up to seven.. McConnell moves towards the ring and rolls inside.. Only to roll back out.
Rhino: Now the referee has to start all over..
Mark: McConnell again putting the boots to Al Snow’s head.. Now he’s picking him up.. And drills Snow’s head into our table! And a second time!
Rhino: He’s not done..
Mark: McConnell pounding Snow’s head against the table in rapid succession like a mad man!
Rhino: He’s being absolutely vicious here..
Mark: McConnell moving over to the time keeper now.. What the hell is he doing? He’s got the hamer used for the ring bell..
Rhino: He isn’t..
Mark: The ref is out of the ring now and he’s trying to stop McConnell.. McConnell’s got that hammer in his hand upside down and he’s got Al Snow pinned down by his neck!
Rhino: Somebody stop him!
Mark: McConnell brings the hammer down! NO! SNOW MOVES! McConnell got nothing but table!
Rhino: Thank god..
Mark: Snow got himself into the ring.. The ref followed and is still counting! 8!
Rhino: I don’t think McConnell realises it, he’s focused on his hand..
Mark: The ref is at 9!
Rhino: McConnell is gonna get counted out!
Mark: 10!
Rhino: NO! McConnell made it back into the ring!
Mark: He barely made it in.. And Snow is on top of him with the boots!
Rhino: You know Al Snow wants to get back at McConnell..
Mark: McConnell is up in the corner and Snow is ontop of him with several hard fists to his gut.. Snow with the irish whip and McConnell hits the turnbuckle chest first! Snow off the ropes.. Clothesline takes McConnell down!
Rhino: Snow’s got the momentum!
Mark: Snow with the cover.. One… Two… McConnell kicks out..
Rhino: Could you imagine how mad McConnell would be after what happened at Glory if Snow had beat him by count out?
Mark: I imagine someone would get hurt with the way McConnell has been..
Rhino: No doubt.
Mark: McConnell pulling himself up in the corner.. Snow charges in with a clothesline!
Rhino: That caught him off guard..
Mark: Snow keeps McConnell in the corner.. And he’s climbing up! Snow with a rapid succession of punches! Snow backs up as McConnell stumbles out of the corner.. And slaps McConnell right across the face!
Rhino: A little pay back from earlier in the match!
Mark: McConnell rests against the ropes.. But Al Snow from behind.. Side russian leg sweep! Another cover by Al Snow.. One… Two… And McConnell kicks out again.
Rhino: What would it do for Al Snow to beat William McConnell here tonight?
Mark: I’d think it’d get him out of the slump he’s been in. Al Snow getting McConnell to his feet.. Irish whip.. McConnell reverses, Snow off the ropes.. Clothesline from McConnell ducked by Snow.. McConnell turns.. Sitout spinebuster by Al Snow!
Rhino: The Snow Bomb!
Mark: Cover by Snow! One!…………Two!………McConnell kicks out again!
Rhino: Snow is getting closer with every pin attempt..
Mark: Snow back to his feet and he’s pulling McConnell up.. He’s going for the Snow Plow! He has him up! But McConnell slides off the back.. McConnell hooks Snow.. Atomic drop right into a back suplex!
Rhino: I think that’s actually the first wrestling move McConnell has used all night..
Mark: McConnell shaking it off as he gets back to his feet.. Al Snow up as well.. McConnell with the irish whip into the corner, Snow hits hard.. McConnell charges in and plants a hard need to the midsection!
Rhino: At least now we’ve got a match..
Mark: McConnell with the snapmare out of the corner.. Quickly follows it up with a flipping necksnap to Al Snow..
Rhino: Good move by McConnell..
Mark: McConnell back to his feet and he’s back into the corner.. And now he’s untying the turnbuckle pad..
Rhino: So much for wrestling..
Mark: The referee will have none of that and he’s trying to get McConnell away from the turnbuckle.. Wait, Al Snow with a roll up! One!………………. Two!……………. McConnell kicks out!
Rhino: His trying to cheat almost cost him the match!
Mark: Both men back up to their feet.. By McConnell is quicker, nailing Snow with the clothesline!
Rhino: Snow is down..
Mark: And McConnell is going right back to trying to expose that turnbuckle..
Rhino: The referee shoving McConnell back and is trying to retie it..
Mark: McConnell turns around as Al Snow is getting to his feet.. And McConnell with a low blow!
Rhino: That’s a kick that’ll take you down..
Mark: McConnell slides to the outside and is reaching under the ring.. He just pulled out a.. Is that a glass pane?
Rhino: That’s what I think it is.
Mark: McConnell slides back into the ring and he’s measuring Al Snow.. No! Oh my god! He just shattered it over Al Snow’s head!
Rhino: There’s glass everywhere..
Mark: McConnell yelling at the referee as he goes for the pin.. But the ref isn’t counting..
Rhino: He sees the glass all over the ring..
Mark: McConnell to his feet and he’s arguing with the referee.
Rhino: The ref knows something went on behind his back.
Mark: Come on, now! McConnell just slapped the referee!
Rhino: That was uncalled for!
Mark: The bell just rang..
PA Announcer: Ladies & gentlemen, your winner by disqualification.. AL SNOW!
Mark: The referee just disqualified William McConnell!
Rhino: The referee gave him a lot of leeway, but when he put his hands on an official, he had to make the call.
Mark: We’ve not had a disqualification in years here in the EWA..
Rhino: And he deserved it.
Mark: McConnell just grabbed the referee by the shirt.. Dual Shock to the official!
Rhino: What the hell, somebody needs to get McConnell out of the ring..
Mark: McConnell just grabbed Head out of the corner and he’s leaving the ring..
Rhino: Where the hell is he going?
